• Purpose: OneStatement is designed to help users organize, categorize, and view insights from their bank and credit card statements. Any use outside this scope is prohibited.
• User Conduct: You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse or unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

2. User Accounts

OneStatement does not currently require user accounts. If account functionality is introduced in the future, users will be notified and provided with guidelines for account creation and management.

3. Intellectual Property

OneStatement and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of OneStatement and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

By using OneStatement, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

OneStatement is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk, and we are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Subscription Services

• Availability: OneStatement Premium features are offered through monthly or annual subscription plans.
• Billing: Payments are processed via Apple’s App Store (In-App Purchases). We do not collect or store any payment information.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated through app updates or on our official website.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to OneStatement immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
